📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and coordinating daily operations and activities.,Oversee and monitor the performance of team members.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Assist in the planning and execution of projects and initiatives.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with HRIS and other management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
