As a Lathe Operator at Sriwijaya Teknik Utama, you will operate and maintain CNC and conventional lathe machines, performing tasks such as setting up workpieces, adjusting machine parameters, and monitoring production quality. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain CNC and conventional lathe machines with precision and accuracy.
- Set up workpieces and adjust machine parameters to achieve desired specifications.
- Monitor production quality and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain and repair machine tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks.
- Document machine performance and maintenance activities.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lathe Operator or similar role.
- Proficient in operating CNC and conventional lathe machines.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, SolidWorks, or similar.
- Strong understanding of precision engineering and quality control principles.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
- Valid CNC Lathe Operator certification preferred.
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime as required.
