📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of design projects.,Create visually compelling designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and social media graphics.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that design projects align with the overall business strategy and goals.,Develop and implement design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across all design projects.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and incorporate new ideas into the design process.,Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring that deadlines are met and that designs are delivered on time and on budget.,Provide creative input and ideas to help drive the company's marketing and branding efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of success.,Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.,Experience with digital marketing and social media design is a plus.,Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
