📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.,Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.,Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain activities with other business functions.,Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.,Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, best practices, and technologies.,Proven track record of successfully managing supply chain operations and driving operational excellence.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
