📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Biology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in plant breeding or related research.
• Familiarity with oil palm breeding and genetics.
• Proficient in using GenStat and R/Quantitative Genetics software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
