📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of materials and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.,Conduct cost analysis and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices.,Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that procurement activities align with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including supplier management, contract negotiation, and inventory control.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
