📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee office operations and administrative tasks,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow,Handle office supplies, equipment, and facilities management,Assist in organizing and arranging office events, meetings, and functions,Maintain office records and documents,Support the HR team in recruitment and employee relations,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Handle any other tasks as assigned by the management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in General Affairs or related roles,Strong organizational and time management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with office management software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficient in Indonesian and English languages,Previous experience in a similar role in a corporate or office environment is a plus
