📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Create and manage job postings, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Conduct initial interviews and screen candidates to assess their fit for the role and company culture.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all legal and company policies.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HRIS and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
