PT Sinar Industri Abadi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial management, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Conduct financial analysis to provide strategic advice to the management team.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including investors and auditors.,Manage relationships with auditors and other external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management roles.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
