📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimized.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain product quality and availability.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
