📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the daily operations of the outlet, including stock control and inventory management.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in the organization and presentation of merchandise to enhance the shopping experience.,Support the sales team by promoting products and providing information to customers.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment.,Assist in the preparation of reports and records related to outlet activities.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of outlet strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and sales techniques.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
