📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions and specifications.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews, including phone screens, face-to-face interviews, and assessments.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure the right candidates are presented.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to keep records of all candidates.,Provide feedback to candidates and keep them informed throughout the recruitment process.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
