📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on assembly equipment, including CNC machines, robotic systems, and automated assembly lines.
• Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Implement corrective actions to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure equipment is ready for operation and maintain high standards of safety and efficiency.
• Monitor equipment performance and collect data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in scheduled maintenance shutdowns and unscheduled emergency repairs.
• Document all maintenance activities and equipment performance data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Equipment Maintenance Technician or similar role in manufacturing or assembly environments.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machines, robotic systems, and automated assembly lines.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems and tools such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
• Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, including PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Certification in safety training, such as OSHA or equivalent.
• Proven ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
