📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Develop user manuals, guides, and other documentation to support our customers.,Conduct research and gather information to support the creation of technical documentation.,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Participate in cross-functional teams to support the development and launch of new products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Experience working in a hybrid work environment.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
