📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of our restaurant management systems, including POS (Point of Sale) systems and inventory management software.
• Support the development and maintenance of our website, ensuring it is user-friendly and up-to-date.
• Help with network administration tasks, including configuring and maintaining our local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs).
• Assist in the implementation and testing of cybersecurity measures to protect our digital assets.
• Work with our IT team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance our IT infrastructure.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of IT policies and procedures.
• Support the organization of IT-related events and workshops to enhance the skills of the team.
• Assist in the documentation of IT processes and systems for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with basic IT concepts, including network administration, software development, and cybersecurity.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is a plus.
• Experience with IT tools and software, such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools like Trello or Asana.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English is required, as it is the primary language of communication in the workplace.
• Must be available to work full-time in one of our locations in Bali.
