Puskesmas Anggi Dental Clinic is seeking a dedicated Lead Server to join our team. As a Lead Server, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations in our dining area. Your role will involve managing a team of servers, coordinating with the kitchen, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage a team of servers to ensure efficient and friendly service.,Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.,Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.,Monitor food and beverage inventory and place orders as needed.,Assist in training new servers and ensuring they meet quality standards.,Oversee the cash handling process and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Server or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of healthcare protocols and procedures is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant certifications are a plus.
