Makmur Jaya Cafe & Coffee is seeking a talented and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafe and ensuring that we provide the best possible experience for our customers. This is a full-time position and we are looking for someone who is ready to start immediately. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the cafe, including food and beverage service, cleanliness, and customer service.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing training and support as needed.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the cafe is a safe and pleasant environment for customers and staff.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels, and place orders for necessary supplies.,Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.,Work with the management team to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase customer traffic and sales.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and that the cafe is operating within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee and food service operations, including brewing, food preparation, and customer service.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant software is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
