📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of operations professionals to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Monitor and optimize service levels, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Implement and maintain operational processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the BPO industry.
• Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of business process outsourcing (BPO) and related industry standards.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related management methodology is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
