📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue potential partnership opportunities with industry leaders, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure they are in line with our business objectives and legal requirements.
• Develop and implement partnership strategies that enhance our market presence and customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to ensure mutual benefits and long-term collaboration.
• Monitor the performance of our partnerships and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to stay updated on market trends and potential partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our partnerships support our overall business strategy.
• Provide support and guidance to junior team members in partnership management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
