📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analyses to determine hiring needs and job requirements.,Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to provide feedback on candidates and make hiring recommendations.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and hiring.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other recruitment software.
