Resto Cahya Computer is looking for a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive the best dining experience possible. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the restaurant staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.,Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to meet the restaurant's standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of quality ingredients.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Experience with budgeting and financial management.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
