📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations and management of the department.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve department performance and profitability.,Managing a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high productivity and morale.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitoring departmental budgets and ensuring financial targets are met.,Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees.,Identifying and addressing any operational issues or challenges.,Representing the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the retail or service industry.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.,Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with HR management and payroll processes.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
