📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage F&B service operations to ensure high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.,Train and develop F&B staff to maintain and enhance service standards.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock management.,Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the F&B service.,Conduct regular service reviews and implement improvements based on feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B service management.,Proven track record of successfully managing F&B service operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the F&B industry.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
