📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Design and develop training programs aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs.
• Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring clarity, engagement, and effectiveness.
• Evaluate the impact of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized programs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to junior training officers.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, including training new hires.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.
• Strong knowledge of training methodologies, assessment tools, and learning technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven track record of successful training program implementation and employee development.
• Certifications in training and development or related fields are a plus.
