📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality beef patties using fresh and high-quality ingredients.
  • Ensure that all beef patties are cooked to the correct temperature and served in a timely manner.
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations and guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the culinary team to ensure that all dishes are prepared and served to the highest standard.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques, and incorporate them into the menu where appropriate.
  • Assist with other culinary tasks as required, such as preparing sides and desserts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, and follow all health and safety regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all guests are satisfied with their dining experience.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a beef patty maker or similar role in a professional kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations and guidelines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Passion for food and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and ingredients.
