📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Manage and develop a team of store staff, providing training and support to ensure high performance.,Implement and monitor marketing strategies to drive sales and increase store profitability.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in store improvements and initiatives to enhance the customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with marketing strategies and customer relationship management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
