📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks using high-quality espresso machines and brewing equipment.
• Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized café environment, including tables, countertops, and restrooms.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the till, ensuring accurate financial records.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.
• Stay updated on menu items and special promotions to enhance the customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality or café environment, preferably as a Barista, Waiter, or Waitress.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machines.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items, including food and equipment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a passion for the hospitality industry.
