📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire QA/QC process, ensuring product quality and compliance with international and local standards.
• Develop and implement QA strategies to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Manage and mentor QA teams, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address defects and non-compliance issues.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations and risk mitigation.
• Utilize QA software such as SAP QM, JIRA, and Confluence to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and implement relevant strategies to enhance QA processes.
• Report on QA metrics and KPIs to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in QA/QC, with a strong background in manufacturing and logistics.
• Proven track record of leading QA teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Certifications such as Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of QA standards and regulations, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and local quality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with QA software such as SAP QM, JIRA, and Confluence is a plus.
