📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify learning and development opportunities.
• Create engaging and interactive learning content using tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
• Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with managers and employees to foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Manage the learning management system, ensuring seamless user experience and up-to-date content.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record in designing and implementing training programs.
• Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems such as Cornerstone OnDemand and Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
• Proficient in using data analytics tools to measure learning outcomes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
