🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Professional certification in risk management or compliance (e.g., CPA, CISA, or CRISC) is a plus.
